Prolomet XL is a tab made by Sun Pharma which is used in the treatment of chest pain(angina), heart failure and high blood pressure. Its main ingredient is Metoprolol XL that acts as a long acting beta blocker which specifically works on the heart. It works by slowing down the heart rate and makes the heart more efficient at pumping around the body. 

Avoid this drug taking with high fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds, dar chocolate, butter and meat. Substitutes Available Fatigue, Headache, slow heart rate, dizziness, stomach pain, nausea, shortness of breath, cold extremities.
